Dog Bless You is a wholesale only supplier to Pet Industry Retailers.If you are not an Australian or New Zealand registered business please refer to Stockists for your nearest retailer. OrdersIt is the customers responsibility to ensure that all orders are placed correctly. Dog Bless You will not accept liability for incorrect product selections. Orders will be processed within 24 hours of placement and are generally dispatched within 48 hours. Orders received over the weekend or on public holidays will not be dispatched until the next business day. If there is a problem processing your order, or if any delays are expected, you will be notified within 48 hours.
Stock availability & BackordersWhile every effort will be made to ensure all products are fully available, occasionally due to delayed shipments or out of stocks there may be products we are unable to supply. Dog Bless You do not place items on Backorder. If a product is out of stock at the time of your order, you will need to re-order at a later date.
FreightOnce we receive the order it will be picked and packed and you will be notified of any items that are not available. Dog Bless You use Hunter Express as our preferred Carrier, however occasionally we may use Australia Post.

Product ReturnsDog Bless You will take every care to ensure your products are packaged securely at time of dispatch. Dog Bless You offer a 14 day product exchange service providing the goods are returned in a saleable condition, unused and in the original packaging. The purchaser is required to pay all shipping costs incurred in returning the items to Dog Bless You except in the instance where the items have arrived faulty or in an unsatisfactory condition or you have received an incorrect item. We do not generally refund or exchange if you change your mind or simply made the wrong selection.
